Banking Operations Specialist
Locations : Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Lublin
Your responsibilities
- Manage complaints in adherence to French legal and regulatory frameworks,
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with French consumer protection laws,
- Engage with regulatory authorities to resolve disputes efficiently,
- Utilize CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for tracking and managing case documentation,
- Provide detailed and structured documentation to support case resolution.
Employer requirements
2+ years of experience in a law firm or a bank,Fluent communication skills in both French and English,Ability to manage complaints under French legal and regulatory frameworks,In-depth knowledge of French banking regulations and consumer protection laws,Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Salesforce),Strong analytical and problem-solvingWe offer
