About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Writer to lead the documentation strategy for a growing B2B SaaS platform. This role involves creating clear, user-focused content and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain technical documentation : user guides, API docs, knowledge base articles

Write UI microcopy aligned with product voice and UX principles

Create internal documentation for dev and QA teams

Manage and improve documentation repositories (structure, publishing)

Collaborate with teams to translate technical concepts into clear content

Participate in planning sessions to stay aligned with product updates

Maintain consistency with style guides and enforce documentation standards

Support marketing by repurposing technical content

Requirements

5–6+ years of technical writing experience (at least 3 in SaaS / B2B software)

Excellent written English (C1+), strong communication, and analytical skills

Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics

Experience with UI / UX copywriting

Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently

Familiarity with style guides (Google, Microsoft, etc.)

Experience with version control, content management, and documentation tools

Nice to Have

Experience with API documentation

Familiarity with React, Redux, and TypeScript

Tools : Confluence, Swagger, Git, Markdown, Lucidchart

Experience with SaaS or enterprise-level applications

Ability to create visuals (diagrams, tutorials, slide decks)
