About the team :

The managed services team is a global team that operates from several worldwide locations. Due to the increased client demands, we are looking to expand the team’s presence by hiring excellent professionals in our office in Wroclaw.

You will be part of a global team of consultants who provide a wide range of client services including (but not limited to) solution upgrades, solution delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities :

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of professionals to grow knowledge in Nasdaq / AxiomSL ControllerView platform.
  • Establish the Polish team as a reliable offshore knowledge centre supporting other regions.
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Oversee and execute upgrades for Nasdaq / AxiomSL ControllerView solutions and services.
  • Lead system integration and regression testing for newly deployed solution versions.
  • Provide hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
  • Manage production deployments and code promotions with precision and accountability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical client issues in a timely and effective manner.

What we expect :

  • Proven years in a software engineering or software analyst role.
  • Leadership skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of relational database technologies (Oracle, PostgreS, SQL).
  • Proficiency in Java; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • ControllerView knowledge is a plus
