Company Description : Valutico is a B2B FinTech company that operates an international valuation platform designed to empower financial service providers and valuation professionals with data-driven tools for more efficient analysis.

What are we looking for : An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Eastern Europe to become a vital part of our growing team.

Experience : Entry to Mid-Level Availability : Full-time Job Function : Sales Development Representative Salary : 18,000 - 33,000 EUR

Your Responsibilities :

  • You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team – focusing on companies in the financial services sector.
  • You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking.
  • You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information.
  • You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.

Requirements

What you need :

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset – able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
