Act as a Project Manager for direct procurement-related processes in SAP S4 / HANA and GEP Nexxe.Align procurement processes with the ASPIRE Ecosystem (Demand-to-Pay template).Propose and implement improvements that add value to Direct Procurement.Represent Direct Procurement in workshops and fit-to-template sessions.Collaborate closely with Business Process Management and other stakeholders.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure continuous communication.Represent Diagnostic Direct Procurement within the ASPIRE program using an agile (SAFe) framework.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take action to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate and support local sites and stakeholders during deployment phases (testing, data migration, training).Inspire and guide deployment and partner teams for seamless collaboration.Document experiences and share best practices to support future deployments.Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields (Project Management, Business Process Management, IT, Procurement).Hands-on business experience in Procurement is a strong advantage.Deep experience with SAP R3 and SAP S4 / HANA (especially SAP MM); experience with GEP Nexxe is a plus.International or global project / program experience, preferably in transformational initiatives.Strong end-to-end business process understanding and technical expertise in Direct Procurement.Knowledge of related processes such as VMI, CMO, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehousing, and Commercials.Agile mindset with the ability to work flexibly and efficiently.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proven track record in leading change initiatives.Business fluency in English.Willingness to travel internationally.What will the recruitment process look like :
