Senior Python Developer

AI companion (assistant) on your shoulder who's always watching and giving you insights in what's happening and what you want to achieve. Its mission is to empower users to effortlessly capture their thoughts, conversations, and ideas via voice, store them securely, retrieve insights through smart AI-powered search, and receive personalized coaching prompts, respecting privacy and user control.

We’re developing a next-generation AI platform — a multi-agent ecosystem powered by real-time voice-to-voice interfaces, serverless execution, Vertex AI orchestration, and Gen-AI frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen. It’s a rare chance to engineer at the intersection of cognition, language, and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python (3.9+).
• Strong background in building scalable backend services (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML integration (LLMs, RAG, NLP, vector databases, MCPs) — must-have.
• Commercial experience with at least one AI framework : LangChain, CrewAI, Google Agent Development Kit, or AutoGen.
• Solid knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Serverless architecture, Docker / Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
