Managing strategic projects in the area of fund accounting and performance reporting.

Coordinating activities between technology, operations, and business teams.

Ensuring timely project delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.

Identifying project risks and implementing strategies to mitigate their impact.

Collaborating with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior management.

Preparing reports and analyses on project progress and recommending optimization actions.

oczekujemy

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial sector.

Knowledge of fund accounting and performance reporting is a strong advantage.

Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).

Experience working in an international environment and managing multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Fluent English proficiency (C1 / C2).
