The Opportunity : In this role, you will lead a transformational project focused on delivering global process excellence across Astellas’ Source to Pay (S2P) operations. You will be responsible for driving the transformation of systems and processes related to Indirect Purchasing, with the goal of enhancing user experience, accelerating process speed, and maintaining strong control over risk and cost. This includes shaping the end-to-end purchasing experience by addressing technology, operating models, usability, content and catalogs, training, approvals, and integration with broader S2P processes. • Leading the design and deployment of Requisition to Order processes by translating complex opportunities into scalable global solutions
• Communicating with business users and senior stakeholders to gather insights and drive impactful process improvements
• Contributing across all areas of Source to Pay transformation with flexibility, while managing competing demands confidently
• Participating in agile initiatives as a subject matter expert, supporting iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Translating user feedback and external insights into tangible enhancements that improve performance, usability, and efficiency across S2P
