Opis pracyProvide in-depth SCM expertise Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in planning utilizing MRP and advanced planning systems Develop, document, implement and improve processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change mgmt.) in a global environment Drive the change management from old to new ways of working in a complex worldwide environment Pilot improvement initiatives related to pain points, aligned with corporate priorities and stakeholders Challenge status quo by providing own experience for simplifications or automation, process or system wise Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to identify areas for further improvements (KPIs and SLAs) Foster cross functional collaboration to ensure that processes are integrated across the organization Support the Global Process Owner to continuously improve the process strategy and performance targets Manage stakeholders varying from blue collar up to C level executives
Develop, document, implement and improve processesChallenge status quo by providing own experience for simplifications
- 5 years of international expertise in production environment - operational, SCM
- Good understanding of production processes
- Fluent English
- Experience in SAP (or other ERP)
- Experience in working with MRP and its key parameters
- Experience in working with global planning tools like o9, SAP IBP etc.
- Very strong stakeholder management and change management attitude with experience in process changes
- Analytical and structural thinking
- Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong execution and resolution focus
- Very strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels to connect areas and able to identify and raise operational pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement
