Operations Supervisor

Miejsce pracy: Poznań ul. Ostrowska 460

Zakres obowiązków:

• koordynacja procesu kurierskiego, w tym nadzór nad płynnością i poprawnością procesu, a także wdrażanie usprawnień
• planowanie, organizacja i nadzór nad realizacją zadań w zespole kurierskim
• budowa ducha zespołu oraz motywowanie do zaangażowania w realizację zadań
• optymalizacja tras kurierskich oraz dbanie o odpowiednią jakość i wygląd Kurierów
• nadzór nad przestrzeganiem procedur wewnętrznych oraz przepisów BHP
• tworzenie raportów i zestawień
• przeprowadzenie szkoleń wstępnych i uzupełniających dla Kurierów

Profil kandydata:

• wykształcenie min. średnie
• dobra obsługa komputera oraz pakietu MS Office
• doświadczenie w branży logistycznej oraz znajomość branży kurierskiej będzie dodatkowym atutem
• zdolności organizacyjne i przywódcze
• zdolność szybkiego uczenia się
• umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
• znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem (B1)
• łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i wysoka kultura osobista
• zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność
• samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji
