AP Specialist with German
You will be responsible for :
- Customer service in German and English in the AP (P2P) process
- Manage Vendor Master Data
- Invoice posting
- Credit note encoding
- Reconciling invoices (linking invoice with receipt)
- Processing reminders from suppliers
- Checking invoice status
- Maintain contact with clients via e-mail and phone
- Cooperation with other departments
- Building and maintaining positive relations with the client
