Payroll Specialist with German

Working within the team of finance professionals, you will assist the Payroll Manager in running a payroll service for the employees, supporting them with payroll administration and resolving any pay queries. The scope of the role will be varied and although an understanding of payroll systems is essential, there will be training and support available.
Your duties will mainly include :
- Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
- Supporting Payroll Specialists in processing payrolls in a given geographical scope
- Managing the end-to-end process for the Payroll
- Managing month-end duties
- Liaising with employees / managers / HR / Payroll providers and other third parties on a daily basis
- Participating in continuous improvement opportunities
- Performing monthly payroll checks and controls
- Ensuring compliance of payroll, providing advice to management on payroll initiatives, changes etc.
- Working with various payroll providers on complex topics, assisting the finance department with accounting matters and supporting junior colleagues
- Any other ad hoc duties that may come up
Requirements :
2+ years of Payroll / Finance / Accounting / HR experienceGerman language knowledge (min. C1)German Payroll Experience would be an assetStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
