Work location :  Warsaw (hybrid model)

FULL-TIME

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will support our Category Managers in their daily work. Your scope of tasks will include :

  • Create reports to support deep dive performance analysis, new product tracking, and pricing & promotion analysis
  • SKU selection for promotions based on seasonal marketing calendar designed to meet category and company targets. Applying discounts addressing product pricing elasticity
  • Manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned by Category Manager
  • Ownership of Category weekly planner and the Category Team’s tasks
  • Ownership of repetitive tasks within the Category Team – checking price of new products, checking product availability online, checking purchase price increases across the portfolio, reviewing ageing stock and preparing actions to sell it out

WHAT YOU BRING IN

  • Last year student or graduate, ideally in a business-related field (economics, business, management or related)
  • Retailer working experience is an advantage
  • Strong conceptual, project management and stakeholder management skills to manage various stakeholders including marketing, supply chain
  • Ability to analyze range performance in Excel and prepare presentations
  • Persistence and enthusiastic mindset
  • Analytical mind, but not afraid of getting creative
  • Fluency in English (Polish is an advantage)
  • Availability to work min. 30h / week
