Position Summary :

This role focuses on the complete transformation of the current radio access network (RAN) to align with a new architecture and evolving traffic demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintaining and upgrading software, including deploying new versions

Testing, implementing, and supporting new radio network features

Diagnosing and resolving software issues

Developing and maintaining tools for RAN preparation and integration

Creating and supporting audit systems to ensure parameter consistency

Designing and maintaining SON modules for RAN optimization

Executing changes and upgrades within the network

Required Qualifications :

A degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field

At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar role

Proven ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

Programming skills for tool development

Data analysis proficiency, including SQL
