Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a  Technical Lead Manager  to join our  Supply Engineering  team, playing a key role in shaping and scaling the  backend systems  that power the supply side of our travel e-commerce platform.You’ll lead a team of developers responsible for  supplier integrations ,  data processing ,  stability  and  performance . This is a highly technical role with  hands-on  involvement in architecture, development, and operations. You’ll work closely with your team,  mentor engineers , and  ensure high-quality ,  scalable , and  stable systems .This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in  complex technical environments  and enjoys  leading by example .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on supplier data integration.
• Oversee architectur e and delivery of scalable backend services handling large volumes of supplier data and API calls.
• Ensure high system reliability , performance, and uptime for mission-critical services.
• Collaborate with product managers and commercial teams to define tech solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive improvements in code quality, operational excellence, monitoring, and observability.
• Manage technical debt and lead refactoring efforts where needed to maintain scalability.
• Monitor service-level objectives (SLOs), service-level indicators (SLIs), and ensure continuous delivery of stable systems.
• Foster a team culture of ownership, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving.
