Zadanie kluczowe:
- wykonywanie części zleconych na podstawie rysunku technicznego i na podstawie wygenerowanego kodu NC
- własnoręczne pisanie kodów na maszynę. Używane oprogramowanie to Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426
- dobór wyposażenia stanowisk roboczych w tym dobór narzędzi i przyrządów,
- dobór parametrów obróbki skrawaniem
- nadzorowanie realizacji procesów produkcyjnych
- kontrola jakości wykonanych detali polegająca na sprawdzeniu wymiarów na zgodność z dokumentacją
Wymagania kwalifikacyjne:
- wykształcenie średnie/zawodowe techniczne, o profilu obróbki skrawaniem lub ukończone - kursy w zakresie obsługi obrabiarek CNC
- dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego
- znajomość podstaw programowania obrabiarek CNC (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain)
- doświadczenie w obsłudze frezarek CNC ze sterowaniem
