Role Summary

CHC Helicopter is searching for a successful candidate that will join our corporate tax team. This position oversees the tax compliance, tax reporting and tax planning functions of CHC and its subsidiaries. This is an exciting role to join an experienced tax team and gain exposure to international tax and transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tax compliance work, including the preparation and review of monthly indirect filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal entity financial statements for corporate tax filings.
  • Maintain and update models used for corporate tax reporting.
  • Co-ordinate with other teams within Finance to gather data and support for tax filings.
  • Assist with quarterly tax provision and year-end reporting for group reporting.
  • Assist with relevant tax office audits.
  • Ensures compliance with internal control policies on tax related matters.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Experience : 2-3 years of tax experience, related experience considered.
  • University degree in related field, professional accounting designation preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with time-sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, English required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain good relationships with partners and related internal / external groups.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Poland.
