- Bachelor's degree in economic / engineering / supply chain field
- At least 3 years of experience in bid management, RFQ coordination, or related roles in manufacturing work environment
- Advance English in speaking and writing
- Strong understanding of contract manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements within the orthopaedic, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex bid documents, perform cost analysis, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM software, and bid management tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
