Your Role

• Lead by example in the classroom delivering high-quality English lessons using the Kids&Us methodology.
• Support and mentor fellow teachers fostering a collaborative and inclusive teaching environment.
• Coordinate with the school management to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold academic excellence.
• Engage with parents and the local community to promote our mission and values.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies and programs.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in teaching English to young learners.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Fluency in English (Advanced level).
• Fluency in Polish (Advanced or native level).
• A commitment to creating a safe inclusive and inspiring environment for children and staff.
• Have a certificate of sexual offences with no previous record.
