Main Purpose of the position :
To our Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for Finance Operations Section Manager who will participate in the migration, implementation and stabilization of new and existing PTP processes and systems. Once stabilized, the Finance Operations Section Manager will oversee the end-to-end processes including responsibility for 2+ teams (growing structure) delivering PTP processes.
What you’ll do :
- Manage 2+ (growing structure) Team Leaders within growing structure, ensuring processes in respective sections are meeting contractual requirements and agreed deadlines, and internal controls are followed.
- Ensure the control framework is up to date and followed.
- Develop and motivate direct reports.
- Partner closely with the sent-site management to resolve challenges that arise and develop and implement solutions across the entire PTP and / or FSC process.
- Provide regular feedback and engage with Senior stakeholders to improve customer service
- Enhance and track metrics to measure and understand the teams’ efficiencies, timeliness, and process output. Make recommendations for areas of improvement highlighted by the metrics.
- Track and control a relevant P&L section including salary structures, T&E etc.
- Coordinate delivery based on audit requests.
- Work with Finance, Accounting, and IT management teams to understand and help coordinate systems roadmap.

University Degree in Finance Area or Part Qualified Accounting Qualification : ACCA, ACA, CIMA is preferable5+years of previous Purchase to Pay / Accounts Payable experience is essentialProven track in managing a team of 8+ persons including motivation and developmentExperience in managing managers is preferableSenior stakeholders’ management experience is essentialProfessional in all job aspects, including verbal and written communications.Motivated, well organized and goal-oriented team player with ability to thrive in a fast-growing company.Proficiency with MS Office, especially ExcelProficiency with PowerBI is a plusExperience with ERP systems implementations and process automation is preferredWhat we offer :
