International Key Account Manager

Responsibilities :

Market Expansion : Identify opportunities for growth in new international markets.

• Depth understanding local trends and demands at beauty industry.
• Cross-Cultural Communication : Navigate and respect cultural differences, which can include adjusting communication styles, business practices, and strategies to fit the market.

Coordination with Internal Teams : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that the services or products being offered are adapted to international clients' specific needs.

Expectations :

Experience in international business and cross-cultural communication.

Fluency in multiple languages (especially if dealing with non-English speaking countries).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Understanding of international trade laws, tax regulations, and market nuances.

Ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions.
