You are a support specialist and a problem solver

We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Supporter to strengthen our team in Poland. While we value your professional experience, it's your enthusiastic approach to tasks and people, and ability to help customers that's in focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting corporate customers in Poland, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, assisting them in solving any arising problems. Working in a small team locally, you will be a vital part of it, being on the receiving and giving end of knowledge sharing and motivating each other to achieve mutual goals.

Your role and responsibilities

Providing support and assistance to our customers is the primary aim of this role. You will be communicating in English daily, both internally and externally, in order to gather necessary information and get your point through in all circumstances.

In your day-to-day work you can expect the following tasks :

  • Providing support to customers via phone, email, or website, navigating them through often complex issues related to banking processes;
  • Assisting customers in finding solutions to problems of varying severity;
  • Prioritizing arising problems timely and accurately, working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Supporting your colleagues by actively sharing your knowledge and expertise, and contributing to a collaborative atmosphere in the team.

Service-oriented and linguistically skilled

Your technical and practical experience in customer service field can help you thrive in this role from day one. Nevertheless, we equally value your attitude and approach to challenges that may arise at work, presenting positive demeanour and uplifting spirit.

We are looking for a team-player who will actively contribute to creating positive atmosphere in the team. Working with customers it is important that you show high understanding levels and interpersonal skills and communicate comfortably and concisely in both English and Polish.

We expect you to have the following experiences :

  • 2 years of experience with telephone support or customer service;
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both in speaking and writing;
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize your own workload with limited to no assistance;
  • Experience with Microsoft products is beneficial.
  • Working hours

    You will be part of a team working in shifts, between 8 : 00 and 19 : 00 from Monday to Thursday, and Friday between 8 : 00 and 18 : 00. You can expect to work 1-2 shifts per week until 19 : 00. We adjust our work according to Polish and English holidays.
