Your Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with resolving Identity Access Management related issues and incident tickets, gaining hands-on experience in the field
• Supporting the maintenance of our Identity Access Management system, working collaboratively with knowledgeable team members
• Participating in solution development and process improvement
• Performing, monitoring and reporting tasks to help ensure system reliability and security
• Documenting procedures and solutions, contributing to our team's knowledge base and user guides
• Participating in team meetings
• Engaging in various Identity Access Management tasks that support our business activities
