JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Administration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our
growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders and senior leadership (CEO,
CCO, COO) to ensure the smooth execution of commercial and operational
workflows.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and improve the way we operate
internally and externally, with direct impact on client success and team
efficiency.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare client-facing documents, including fee proposals for new and
upsell opportunities.
Draft, manage, and track contracts through the signature process.
Respond to incoming demo requests, schedule discovery calls, and
coordinate calendars.
Support outreach campaigns (cold emails) and maintain accurate CRM
records..
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders (clients,
legal counsel, etc.).
Research, implement, and support roll-out of new tools, especially for
subscription and invoice management.
Continuously improve templates, workflows, and processes.
Manage incoming and outgoing invoices and support financial
recordkeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong interest in finance, SaaS, or commercial operations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Assertive and proactive in communication and follow-ups.
Comfortable using digital tools; experience with Microsoft Office is a
must-have and CRM systems is a plus.
