Your responsibilities
- handling and coordinating an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes for Polish employees
- updating and maintaining payroll records (Joiners / Leavers / Changes) and payroll master data (system : Xpertis by Asseco)
- processing payroll related allowances and deductions
- performing month closing
- cooperating with various authorities, institutions (ZUS, tax office, GUS) and service providers
- creating internal reports
- close cooperating with an HR Administration and Accounting areas and other business units
