Expert Business Analyst Financial Consolidation

Key responsibilities :

Work independently on business processes and application solutions, focusing on financial consolidation.

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technological and functional frameworks, workflows, or documentation.

Implement and integrate financial consolidation systems and tools, ensuring compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Support the development of IT solution architecture and design (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation, SAP Financial Information Management).

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital financial consolidation solutions and processes.

Design business process documentation, test plans, and workflows, including user acceptance testing.

Oversee the design, planning, execution, monitoring, and refinement of testing processes.

Act as a subject matter expert for digital financial consolidation projects, managing escalations in daily operations and projects.

Work with global resources from multiple competence centers.

Guide and mentor others, fostering collaboration and driving digital transformation in financial operations.

Stay up-to-date with best practices in financial consolidation processes.

About you :

Education : Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial consolidation, with strong knowledge of finance-related integrations.

Industry Knowledge : Experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry is preferred (food & beverages industry is a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Ability to mentor and inspire others, fostering collaboration across global teams.

Self-driven, independent, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
