Business Analyst

As Business Analyst you will be responsible for performing process analyses and documentation based on spreadsheets, Power Point presentations and diagrams. You will need to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. You will often work with other team members within the organization to capture relevant data and put your insights of your analysis.

You will work with Business Support Manager and Project Management team, Engineering, Procurement, Ops, IT & Business Intelligence, Sales. You will develop good relationships with customers & Vendors, listen and respond effectively, resolve problems at customer expectations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Internal and External communication regarding Business Support Control measurement such as score cards, specific customer pricing analysis, customer reporting
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth information flow to and from the customer, ensuring communication in a cohesive and structured manner internally and externally
• Internal and External Reporting to ensure best in class performance SLA’s, (K)PI’s, quality metrics, efficiency control
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)
• Create, Maintain and Control Documentation (process descriptions, work instructions).
