We are looking for a Global Training Lead - for our JBS Lease Administration department

What this job involves :

High Independence :

A very high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis. Act as the Global contact for knowledge management and Operations enablement programs. Core responsibilities will include building strong knowledge in the team, driving quality governance mechanism across all JBS Lease Administrations sites and strengthen relationship with the business and stakeholders and work closely with the Global business to contribute to the growth of JLL.

Manage business requirements :

In this role, you will :

  • Act as a primary lead for Knowledge management and Operations enablement for Lease Admin Global delivery centres
  • Head the Quality assurance program
  • Work closely with the Operations team globally to understand Abstraction and Account Management requirements
  • Develop training plans
  • Review various delivery issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Come up with recommended actions
  • Drive overall issue resolution at JBS
  • Work with JBS Operations teams on the Health of accounts actions
  • Share learning across regions and teams
  • Ensure appropriate training / development opportunities are followed up on
  • Facilitate new hire and refresher training (owner across JBS locations)
  • Ensure client level accuracy action plan adherence
  • Facilitate half-yearly knowledge assessments
  • Own the LTO (License to Operate process)
  • Drive completeness of Operations guides and Scope documents with Account Leads (Quarterly)
  • Establish consistent onboarding practices and standard training manuals across all JBS sites

You will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly dynamic / fast paced business environment while being a good leader / player. In this role, you will interact with the Global Lease Admin Business teams and Internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.

Additional responsibilities :

As the person in charge for knowledge management, you will :

  • Partner with Pega and Leverton team on process improvements related to training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operational Excellence teams and Technology team
  • Deploy RPA solutions and Workflow implementations
  • Work with business users, product owners and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other regional leads on risk management and standardization

    Flawless expertise

  • Director level experience with at least 12+ years in Knowledge Management and Project Management
  • Positioned at a Senior Director level
  • Experience with Lease Administration processes, Quality Assurance areas and Trainings preferred
  • Six Sigma certifications and PMP certifications add value
  • Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of complex multidiscipline projects
  • Experience working across large cross-cultural teams and remotely with other centres
  • Ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure appropriately
  • Immaculate knowledge

  • Experience in driving multiple complex processes and business initiatives
  • Outstanding talent in managing significant risks
  • Strong skills in handling escalations and solving problems
  • Impeccable leadership

  • Superb leadership capabilities to work with multiple regional stakeholders
  • Ability to drive effective business processes and best practices
  • Willingness to work against tight deadlines in a demanding growth environment
  • Skills to ensure seamless delivery with demanding stakeholders
