Our client is CGP Europe has been providing high quality HR services in Hungary since 2011. Our parent company, Chestnut Global Partners, has been providing its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and related services to its Partners since 1984. CGP EUROPE currently provides services in 12 European countries from its headquarters in Hungary. Our call centre in Zug, Switzerland, and our call centre in Budapest, Hungary, handle incoming calls from different countries 24 hours a day. Our counselling system, built up over seven years, allows employees to receive personalised assistance in the largest cities in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

1. Lead generation and prospecting

Identifying and researching potential clients, specifically HR Directors and decision-makers within target organizations.

Proactively reaching out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation strategies.

Building a strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure steady sales growth.

2. Sales process management (End-to-End)

Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to proposal presentation and deal closure.

Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and aligning them with the company’s service offerings.

Preparing and delivering tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies that address client challenges and objectives.

3. Client relationship management

Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and ongoing client success.

4. Sales reporting and analysis

Monitoring and tracking sales activities, including lead conversion rates, pipeline progress, and revenue goals.

Providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

5. Collaboration and strategy development

Working closely with the marketing team / management to develop campaigns that attract and nurture leads.

Sharing client feedback and insights to improve offerings, processes, and sales strategies.

Contributing to the development and execution of sales plans to achieve company targets.

Requirements

1. Qualifications and Experience :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in services targeted at HR Directors or decision-makers.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Experience using CRM software for pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Familiarity with HR services, recruitment, or workforce solutions (preferred).
  • 2. Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior-level clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • 3. Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking software.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings if necessary.
