Join our client! They are a product company that creates a platform that facilitates communication and monitoring of employees not working at desks in large companies. The application is available in both web and mobile versions. It easily enables the integration of internal company systems, customer databases, internal customer calendars, and other messengers, all available on your smartphone! The application is dedicated to companies from various industries (SaaS).

The role :

As the  Head of DevSecOps , you are a results-driven leader entrusted with the mission of building and nurturing a world-class team and infrastructure. Your expertise lies in creating customer-focused solutions that drive significant impact not only within Engineering but across the entire organization.

You have a proven track record of crafting a compelling vision and translating it into an actionable roadmap, ensuring its successful execution. You are committed to continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring your team consistently achieves excellence and delivers real value.

Your ultimate mission is to make the company’s platform as relevant to as many non-desk employees as possible.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage our Security and DevOps teams creating a high-performance and customer-focused culture
  • Strengthen our security posture and maintain our standards of excellence and world-class certifications
  • Drive High Reliability and Availability meeting and exceeding our 99.9% uptime KPI
  • Enhance our Developer Experience and drive Operational Efficiency across the entire organization
  • Budget Excellence, managing capacity forecasting allowing us to identify key strategic areas to invest

Requirements :

  • Customer focus, drive impact for your customers above all other concerns
  • Great leadership skills and ability to create a vision to drive team impact and culture
  • Strong hands-on engineering / DevOps background in early career
  • Deep technical understanding of core domains : Networking Kubernetes Cloud Performance Optimization
  • 5+ years of experience in the following : Managing and building high-performance teams Running large cloud infrastructure spanning multiple data centers Working cross-functionally with the business to drive excellence in DevOps
