Senior / Lead Rust Developer

You’ll be working with a well-established client from the medical industry . The goal? Expand and modernize software used in medical devices. This is a high-impact project where quality and precision really matter – and your contributions will be felt directly by healthcare professionals and patients.

Your responsibilites :

Designing, developing, and optimizing robust Rust code for medical device software,

Creating clean, scalable solutions using best practices from the Rust ecosystem,

Writing unit tests and working with debugging tools to ensure bulletproof code,

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams,

Supporting CI / CD automation processes and contributing to smoother software releases,

Sharing knowledge and mentoring others where needed – we grow together.

Our requirements :

10+ years of experience as a programmer,

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust ,

Knowledge of the most popular design and architectural patterns ,

Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle,

Experience in proces automation CI / CD ,

Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) and engineering practices,

Ability to communicate effectively in English , both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams.
