The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Driving the store sales and service performance for a group of stores.
- Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.
- Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
- Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements.
- Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
- Managing manpower planning and rostering to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics.You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teamsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersWhat's on Offer?
