Director of PVC / TPO Roofing Membrane Production Development

Your future company

For our Client – a leading Polish manufacturer of waterproofing materials – we are looking for an experienced production technologist or process engineer who will help the company develop a completely new area of business related to the production of PVC / TPO roofing membranes.

This is a newly created position. This role is crucial for the further development of the company and the building of a new product segment.

Requirements

Practical, several years of experience in the production of PVC or TPO roofing membranes – mandatory requirement,

Expert technological knowledge of materials, processes, and quality standards in this industry,

Ability to independently manage a project from concept to implementation,

Experience in creating or developing production teams will be a significant advantage,

Analytical skills, initiative, and independence in action.

Responsibilities

Creating a new production line dedicated to PVC / TPO roofing membranes from scratch,

Selecting appropriate raw materials, components, and technologies – the company expects full know-how in this area,

Designing and implementing the production process,

Collaborating with existing company departments, especially quality, technical, and operational teams,

Building and managing a team dedicated to the new segment,

Providing strategic support in making operational and investment decisions regarding the new product line.
