Opis pracy

This document outlines the duties and responsibilities of Cloud team. This squad is working on software running on cloud infrastructure hardware. Key features provided by this software include backups replicated from Datto devices to Datto’s cloud and data recovery. It provides logic orchestrating the replication of incremental backups to multiple datacentres, keeping data in chain, supporting restoring files, creating virtualization of based of backed-up data, and many more. Responsibilities Software development – You will work in a cross-functional scrum team creating software together with your teammates. For most of the time you will use multiple different programming languages like PHP, Go and Python, implementing CI / CD pipelines and deploy using K8S Team – You will be a role model for others when it comes to engineering practices or solving problems. You will be a mentor for less experienced engineers. You will actively participate in team meetings, scrum ceremonies, or department / company-wide meetings. On-call – You will be a part of an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and fix cloud-related issues on production. Technical must have :

Excellent knowledge of PHP (Symfony framework)
Experience with Python
Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
Experience with CI / CD pipelines, preferably Gitlab
Strong Linux systems engineering experience.

Technical nice to have :

Computer Science degree

5+ years of experience in a software developer role

Experience with test automation

Knowledge of Go programming language.

Knowledge of OOP principles

Good understanding of Agile principles
