About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Procurement Process Consultant (hybrid) to lead the transformation of software lifecycle processes through digitalisation, automation, and policy development. This is a full-time consulting engagement within the Digital Employee Experience domain, focused on improving procurement workflows and governance through structured, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive software lifecycle management framework .
- Define and implement clear procurement, renewal, and contract lifecycle policies .
- Create a centralised tracking system with automated alerts and workflows.
- Identify and streamline inefficiencies in current procurement toolsets.
- Lead the implementation of automation and Generative AI solutions where applicable.
- Engage cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Tech stakeholders .
- Monitor software usage to support license optimization and data-driven decisions .
- Document and maintain scalable processes to support future organisational growth.
About You
You are a proactive consultant with a strong foundation in process optimisation, digital tooling, and change implementation. You combine technical insight with strong stakeholder engagement skills and thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience in process automation , digitalisation, and workflow design .Familiarity with procurement or software lifecycle management processes.Comfortable implementing change in matrixed, cross-functional environments .Strong understanding of compliance , risk management , and tech operations .Experience working with or implementing GenAI tools is highly desirable.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.What We Offer
