Job responsibilities

As Lead Auditor Automotive, you will independently or as part of a team assess management systems in the field of quality, with a focus on ISO and IATF . You will also act as an expert and examine the implementation of management systems. One of your goals is to contribute to overall quality and system improvement. Broadening and deepening the cooperation with our relations is also an aspect of your job. Based on your expertise, you contribute to the development of the service.

Job requirements

• Already qualified rd party IATF Lead Auditor is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering or computer science.
• Minimum four years' work experience in the Automotive Supply Industry within the last years. Preferably at an IATF certified OEM or Tier / Tier supplier or as an IATF qualified rd party auditor at a Certifying Body. Similar industries like Aerospace - Telecommunications - Rail are also valid as pre-qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of process management, statistical techniques (MSA, SPC) and the application of APQP, PPAP & FMEA within the Automotive industry
• At least years of working experience with quality and preferably environmental management systems
• Good oral and written communication skills in Polish, English and preferably German.
• Willing to visit sites abroad with some regularity.
• Analytical insight and a proactive attitude
• Good communication and social skills
