Now, they are channeling this experience into their next venture — developing an AI-driven compliance platform designed to automate and scale regulatory processes across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CSRD.

The role :

As a Full Stack Developer , you’ll be a key part of a small, dynamic team working directly with the founders, engineers, and product experts.

You’ll help build, ship, and scale new products rapidly, taking full ownership of your work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to gain hands-on experience shaping a company from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

• Build and launch new products from the ground up
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from architecture to deployment
• Prototype and iterate quickly based on customer feedback
• Collaborate closely with the founding team in product discussions and sprint planning
• Help define technical standards and improve engineering practices
• Work across the full stack — backend, frontend, and infrastructure
