Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We are currently seeking an experiencednbsp; Senior QA Engineer nbsp;to join a global Diagnostics Manufacturing IT team, supporting large-scale IT initiatives related tonbsp; Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) . If you have a strong background in test engineering within IT and manufacturing environments, and are familiar with regulated settings (GxP), this role is a great opportunity to make a real impact. The position offers a hybrid work model, with occasional travel to key locations in Germany (Mannheim, Penzberg).

Excellent communication skills, a structured and analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate international test efforts across different teams.

English (B2 / C1) is required ; knowledge of German is an asset.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding the quality and integrity of IT solutions within the diagnostics manufacturing landscape. Your responsibilities will span the entire testing lifecycle — from creating test cases to reporting results — and will help ensure successful deployments across international sites.

Your responsibilities will include :

Designing comprehensive test cases based on project documentation and business requirements

Executing test plans to validate system functionality, reliability, and performance

Managing test efforts across multiple international teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

Implementing and executing test recipes, including optional integration testing scenarios

Collaborating with project managers and technical leads to troubleshoot and resolve defects

Documenting and reporting test results with actionable insights for stakeholders

Ensuring that all testing activities comply with GxP and other regulatory standards

Continuously improving QA methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency

End Date : nbsp;31.12.2027

Location : nbsp;Remote (Home office with occasional onsite visits + 2 trips / year to Mannheim / Penzberg)
