Job descriptionUnderstand the basics of banking domain. Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel) Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks. Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality. Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset. have the opportunity to join a group of experts who handle complex banking processes on a daily basis. be responsible for verbal and / or written communication with various stakeholders. be provided with dedicated training sessions covering banking key expertise areas led by specialists with extensive experience, and the opportunity to put your acquired knowledge into practice. have a dedicated Buddy to help you quickly find your place in the team. collaborate with experts and have the opportunity to establish valuable professional relationships. have the opportunity to use foreign languages on a daily basis. have access to wide range of learning & development platforms. get the the possibility to buy discounted theatre tickets. work in a hybrid mode from the office in Przyokopowa street in Warsaw.
We're looking for
students pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance / Banking / Economics / Commerce / Business
or related fields who want to develop their skills in Banking Domain within an international organization and have :
- Advanced knowledge of
English and Italian.
During the internship you will :
The start time of our 12 months long paid internship program (contract of mandate, 40 hours a week) as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. A successful intern has an opportunity to internally move to another units / get a permanent position within TCS.
