Job descriptionlue : 7+ years of relevant experi enceProficiency uagePreferably related financial educa tionGood knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPo int)Knowledge of the used business systems and capabilities desir ableBasic knowledge and experience of working with back-office banking proce ssesAttention to deta ils,Flexible with rotation between teams / markets and shift time if neces sary asks : Handling daily volume / target of transac tionsResolving customer queries via e-mail or phoneAdhering to standard operating procedures / training manuals while executing the taskEnsuring compliance on the quality of deliver ablesWhenever it is a process update / change, ensuring that is incorporated in SOP with appropriate change management pr ocessEffectively and timely communicating issues among internal and external stakeholders, building up constructive relationships with offshore teamsParticipate in Risk Assessments and Audit re viewsProactively manage client expectations wherever n eededEscalate / flag issues appropriately as and when needed to the Manager.
