Your future responsibilities :
Technical Leadership :
- Design and build scalable systems using modern architecture patterns
- Make key architectural decisions and communicate them clearly to the team
- Evaluate new technologies and tools, then introduce the ones that add value
- Build cloud-native applications using microservices and event-driven patterns
- Ensure code quality through reviews, automation, and best practices
- Lead technical planning and estimation efforts
Team Development :

8+ years building software, with 2+ years leading technical projectsStrong foundation in system architecture and design patternsExperience shipping features to production at scaleComfortable working with distributed teamsTrack record of mentoring other developersDevelopment Skills :
Expert in at least one : Python, TypeScript / Node.js, or GoExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similarUnderstanding of databases including PostgreSQL and RedisCloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCPComfortable with Docker and KubernetesExperience with modern development tools and workflowsArchitecture :
Designing APIs that others enjoy using, whether REST or GraphQLBuilding microservices and serverless applicationsCreating systems that scale and stay reliableSecurity and performance best practicesEvent-driven architecture and message queuesModern Tools and Practices :
