Overview
You are a true professional in 1st Level Support and you love to work in an international environment? We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our local users by installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing IT devices, as well as providing support for network and conference room technology. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth IT operations and excellent user experience. In this demanding and diversified function, you will work on incidents, service- and change requests together with the 2nd level teams and external providers. In addition, you manage user and access rights, track the documentation and work with an international team.
TASKS
- Deskside support at the service desk (incident, service request, problem and change management) with ticketing System
- Single Point of Contact for the subject areas for European subsidiaries
- Guide employes on their responsibilities also through relevant tasks as employee Entry / Exit Processes
- Installation and administration of PCs and Notebooks with Microsoft''s Endpoint Manager
- Installation and administration of iDevices (iPhones) with Microsoft Intune
- Supportive Function in international IT projects
- Cooperation with 2nd Level Support Teams
- Maintaining knowledge bases and Asset management tools
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of all the Service Delivery processes across the region.
- Support office moves by relocating and reconnecting IT equipment as needed.
- Serve as remote hands for any local tasks needed related to : Infrastructure installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and configurations.
- Be on standby for IT issues during important events
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational background in Information Technology2 + years of professional experience in First Level Support or Service Desk in an international environmentOperating Systems : Windows 10 / 11Communication Platform : Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive)Office-Applications : MS Office365Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes. ITIL certification will be a plus.Cooperative team player, used to being flexible and adapting in a changing environment.Strong mediation and facilitation of skills with the ability to promote collaboration and communication to improve information sharingAgile, pragmatic, solution-orientedGood interpersonal skills with calm appearance when handling difficult situationsExcellent communication skills, customer focused on delivering first-class serviceFluent in English.
