Job descriptionMinimum 3–5 lat doświadczenia w analizie kredytowej Praktyczna znajomość metod oceny ryzyka kredytowego oraz interpretacji sprawozdań finansowych (bilans, rachunek zysków i strat) Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2 / C1) Znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem – nie jest wymagana, ale mile widziana. Samodzielność, elastyczność i proaktywne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów Stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę podpisywaną bezpośrednio z pracodawcą Praca w międzynarodowym środowisku, w dynamicznie rozwijającej się organizacji Możliwość pracy w modelu hybrydowym dla osób z Warszawy (2–3 dni w tygodniu z biura) Elastyczne godziny pracy – możliwość rozpoczęcia między 8 : 00 a 10 : 00 Pakiet benefitów : prywatna opieka medyczna, ubezpieczenie, karta lunchowa, karta sportowa, pakiet szkoleń, bonus Realny wpływ na działania zespołu i kształtowanie procesów analitycznych
ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW :
- Prowadzenie analiz ryzyka kredytowego klientów korporacyjnych
- Przygotowywanie rekomendacji kredytowych oraz raportów finansowych
- Monitorowanie portfela kredytowego i identyfikacja potencjalnych zagrożeń
- Współpraca z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za ocenę ryzyka i decyzje kredytowe
- Udział w optymalizacji narzędzi, procesów i polityk związanych z analizą ryzyka
- Aktualizacja dokumentacji i wdrażanie usprawnień w komunikacji wewnętrznej
- Wsparcie rozwoju polityki kredytowej poprzez analizy i sugestie zmian
