Job Title : Machine Learning Lead

We are looking for a Machine Learning Lead to join a global team working on an advanced advertising platform that delivers recommended content to millions of media-enabled devices worldwide. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on development, with a focus on delivering scalable ML / AI solutions and managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities :

Lead an engineering team in developing new ML / AI and performance advertising solutions.

Drive enhancements and improvements to existing ML-based features.

Collaborate with local, US, and global product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Plan project work on a quarterly basis, supervise execution, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.

Support the development roadmap and strategy for ML products in the Ads Solutions domain.

Apply modern software engineering and ML techniques to optimize development processes.

Monitor trends in the advertising industry and apply relevant insights.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g., Data Science, Big Data, Mathematics, Physics).

5+ years of experience in ML projects, including at least 2 years in a team or project leadership role.

Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).

Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, machine learning, and big data processing.

Hands-on experience with mainstream ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, PySpark).

Familiarity with data structures, CI / CD practices, software engineering principles, and testing.

Ability to communicate technical results to business and product stakeholders.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications :

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (ideally Snowflake).

Experience in developing AdTech or consumer-facing products.

Proven track record in applying ML / AI in product development.

Experience with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product delivery
