Position : Machine Learning Engineer

Location : Warsaw, Hybrid - 2 x week

Contract Type : Employment Contract

Your Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of the ML model lifecycle – from idea and research, through deployment, to maintenance.

Designing and building scalable machine learning systems that will become the core of their product.

Working in a dynamic environment where you'll wear many hats and have a real impact on the product's direction.

Close collaboration with the founders, engineers, and designers to iterate quickly and deliver value.

Experimenting with new technologies and approaches – we're looking for someone who isn't afraid of challenges and thinks outside the box.

What We Expect ✅

Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models.

Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of key libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch).

Experience with the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) – you know how to make things work in production.

Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.

A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude and a passion for solving complex problems.

Strong fundamentals in computer science / math (a degree is fine, but we value your skills and portfolio more).

A willingness to learn and adapt quickly – things move fast in a startup!

Good command of English.
