We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support our clients within the insurance sector.

This role involves delivering finance change initiatives, optimizing finance processes and enabling digital transformation to improve financial performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

About the role. You will :

Analyse current financial processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.

Design target processes and provide recommendations for target state business architecture.

Lead and support finance transformation projects across the insurance industry, including process improvement, system implementations.

Gather requirements for General Ledger integrations or Data warehouse dedicated for financial reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and IT to align transformation initiatives with business strategy.

About the requirements. You need :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance roles within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance finance operations, including premium and claims accounting, reinsurance, and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards such as GAAP or IFRS 17 or Solvency II
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to gather accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in IT platform implementation and understanding IT project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
