about-project :

We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Rollout Experts in the following specialization areas :

Finance

Sales & Supply Chain Management (SCM)

HCM & Payroll

As a Rollout Expert, you will play a key role in deploying D365 across European entities. You will work closely with local and central teams, ensuring proper system configuration, localization compliance, testing, and post-go-live support.

responsibilities :

Specialization - D365 Finance :

Implement core D365 Finance functionality (AP, AR, GL, FA)

Handle tax logic (VAT, Intrastat, statutory reporting)

Manage fixed assets, month-end / year-end closing processes

Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements

Specialization - D365 Sales & SCM :

Configure and optimize purchasing, warehouse, and sales processes

Manage contracts, production planning, and supply chain operations

Support stock and inventory planning

Specialization - D365 HCM & Payroll :

Configure and roll out D365 HR / Payroll modules

Ensure local payroll compliance and country-specific HR settings

Integrate with banks (SEPA), time-tracking systems, and expense management tools

Support development and maintenance of local HCM policies

requirements-expected :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant in your area of focus

Hands-on experience in D365 implementations or rollouts (preferably international projects)

Solid understanding of business processes and legal / localization needs in one or more European countries

Strong system analysis and configuration skills

Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-team environment
