We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to develop our business in the strategic region of Central and Eastern Europe.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Maintaining close relationships with existing customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and the development of each account
- Working to prospect and expand the company's customer base by soliciting companies interested in our products
- Taking orders
- Managing specific glass product design files and finishing projects
- Promoting sales of models
- Forwarding to the Marketing Department all information useful for the development of the standard catalog and requests received from customers concerning unmet and future needs
- Reporting to management on the market situation, competition, prices, and customer satisfaction levels through visit reports
- Participate in the handling of disputes and complaints in conjunction with the Technical Sales Department
- Maintain customer risk exposure and take all necessary steps to ensure collection in the event of non-payment by the due date
Carry out occasional assignments or market studies
Job based in Poland
Business school degree or equivalent
Successful initial experience in the sale of industrial products for export
Proactive sales approach and agent / distributor management skills
Experience in a multicultural environment
Frequent travel within Europe
