Your new role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Energy business area you will be part of the Energy leadership team and drive a profitable growth agenda with highly competent colleagues within the energy space. You will work in an international environment within a matrix structure of local and global stakeholders located in multiple countries. With Artificial Intelligence and electrification of industries and transport driving a strong market outlook, our ambition is that you develop the current 200+ experts to 500+ in the short or medium term, both organically as through acquisitions. You will find a highly engaged workforce within your area of responsibility awaiting their new leader to continue this growth journey.

You will lead the talented team in delivering transformative solutions to our global clients. You will be working within a lively and innovative team dedicated to shaping the future of power systems and integrated energy solutions. You will play a critical role in defining and driving projects that impact industries worldwide. Your key responsibilities will be :

Drive strategic direction : Shape global vision for the Global Service Line offering, ensuring alignment with the Energy Business Unit and Ramboll Group strategy​

Standardize service delivery : Enforce consistent delivery frameworks and standards across Geographies to maintain quality and efficiency​

Foster innovation : Promote the integration of new methodologies, tools, and practices to continuously improve the Global Service Line's value proposition​

Knowledge-sharing and coordination : Lead cross-Geo forums to facilitate knowledge transfer and collaborative innovation among Global Service Line teams​

Own Global Competence Center (GCC) P&L : Full ownership of the GCC P&L, driving profitable growth within specialty

About you

As our new Director of Power Systems, we expect you to have :

Strong leadership and coordination skills across Geographies​

Ability to drive top-line growth while managing Ramboll brand

Expert in Transmission and Distribution offering and able to drive business development

Strong, demonstratable international experience

Cultural intelligence, empathy and curiosity

High level proficiency in English verbally and written
