Responsibilities
- Serve as a contact for corporate clients, offering tailored immigration advice and plans.
- Oversee end-to-end immigration processes, including visa and permit applications.
- Prepare and review accurate immigration forms and supporting materials.
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws, mitigating legal risks.
- Provide updates to clients, address inquiries, and liaise with authorities.
- Work with consulates, agencies, and third-party providers to resolve issues.
- Guide junior team members on immigration procedures and case management.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.Higher education, preferably in administration, or a related field.A positive attitude toward learning and acquiring new processes.Demonstrated responsibility for assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Openness to international collaboration and working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial.Additional Information :
